Geeetech 95A TPU Filament 1.75mm, Soft Flexible 3D Printing Consumables
Geeetech TPU is a highly flexible and tough material, allowing you to print soft but strong parts. You can use it to produce a wide range of projects, including shoe insoles, watch bands, phone cases, and drone parts. The product is easy to print, with minimal tolerance and warping, easy handling, and no issues with deformation, odor, clogging, or bubbles. Geeetech has implemented an advanced CCD diameter measuring and self-adaptive control system to ensure the diameter accuracy of the TPU wire is within 1.75 +/- 0.03mm, making it compatible with short-range extrusion FDM 3D Printers using 1.75mm diameter filament. The filament is completely dried for 24 hours before packaging and vacuum sealed, resulting in smoother and more stable printing. Users are advised to store the filament in a re-sealable bag after use to maintain its excellent printing performance. Geeetech TPU is easy to print, and the company recommends an extrusion nozzle temperature of 200-230°C (392-446°F), a hot bed temperature of 50°C - 70°C (122℉~ 158℉), a printing speed of 20-40mm/s, and a nozzle size of ≥0.6mm to achieve quality prints with sharp details.
