ZIRO's BASIC PURPLE 1KG SPOOL is a high-quality PLA filament made of premium raw material, featuring excellent printability with good ductility, higher strength, no odor, no warp, clog-free, and bubble-free, allowing 3D printing enthusiasts to create stunning works with fewer issues.
Our ZIRO filament uses full mechanical wire winding to avoid tangles and knots during printing, and is completely dried for 24 hours before vacuum sealing to ensure it is moisture-free and bubble-free, making 3D printing much easier. We recommend storing the filament with the re-sealable bag after use to keep it dry.
The advanced CCD diameter measuring control ensures the dimensional accuracy of the PLA filament is +/- 0.03mm, with a spool diameter of 7.99 inches, a spool width of 2.48 inches, and a hub hole diameter of 2.36 inches. The strict tolerance guarantees that ZIRO filament printing is easier and more stable. The suggested printing settings are a nozzle temperature of 190-220°C, a bed temperature of 50-60°C, and a speed of 30-90 mm/s.
ZIRO 3D printing filament works perfectly with most printers on the market, and the larger inner diameter design of the plastic reel makes feeding smoother.
